Maighdeline Gordon is a Broadcast Promotions Producer who has been doing freelance filmography, photography, and administrative film and festival work since 2014.

She has been featured in Shoutout Colorado, and her work has been featured in Seattle’s The Stranger, and on Spotify.

Maighdeline began her journey in broadcasting in 2019, as a Marketing and Communications Intern at KCTS9 Seattle, before studying live production at Bates Technical College. During her time as a broadcasting student, she worked at TVW on the 2023 Washington State Legislative Session as a PTZ Operator, and at KBTC Pierce County on City of University Place City Council Sessions as a Broadcaster. Her graduating class won a Pillar Award for sports coverage in 2022.

In 2024, Maighdeline interned in the Creative Services and Programming departments at KCRA3 Sacramento, California, as an Emerson Coleman Fellow. She then stayed on as an Associate Creative Services Producer.

She now works as a Creative Services Writer Producer at KOAT7 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In 2026, she accepted a position on the board of Outpost Community Foundation as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer.
